Generally it is best to allow the body to gradually get used to the shoe, wearing them initially for short periods of time.

How do I know what size to order?

A:
Go with the size your foot measures to be. They are a true fitting shoe. Please contact us if you have any questions.

How long does it take to get the shoes?

A:
A. some shoes are in stock and ship within 3 days. Generally we quote 3-5 weeks to avoid disappointing anyone. Sometimes they arrive faster though.
